  6. Dehydration, that is, dehydration of the body for a long time, causes many skin problems, from dryness to peeling skin on the feet.   7. Hyperhidrosis, commonly known as excessive sweating, is another skin health problem that causes skin peeling on the feet. In case of excessive sweating on the soles of the feet, problems such as redness, irritation and peeling may occur. 


How to Prevent Skin Peeling on the Feet?

  • It is very important to moisturize the feet regularly during the day.    
  • Attention should be paid to water consumption during the day and at least 2 liters of water should be consumed daily.
  • Consumption of substances such as sugar, fat and alcohol should be reduced.
  • Omega 3 has a strengthening effect on blood circulation. Therefore, consuming omega 3 will help to eliminate skin peeling on the feet. 
  • People who have skin peeling problems on their feet should avoid using chemical shampoos and soaps during showering or bathing.
